I DID IT!!!

I did it -- I ran 13.1 miles when just 10 months ago, I couldn't even jog down the block!

It's definitely a fantastic accomplishment, and I knew the second I finished I knew I wanted to someday do a full. It was the most powerful moment - you feel like you do anything.

My sister and I SURPASSED our goal and raised $4124 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society!!! Thank you everyone who supported us throughout our endeavour!

Dumass. I didn't stretch out enough today and pulled a groin muscle. :S

3 miles: 1.5 outside, 1.5 on the treadmill (pulled it on the switch from one to the other). 39:43 min. (a horrible 13.24 minute/mile). Oh well.

Got to be better about my eating too. So gonna start logging my meals too. Oatmeal with bananas and melon and cinnamon for b-fast. Way too many pizza slices for lunch (including ones with pepperoni). Dinner's pita with baba ganoush.

P.S. So proud of you Nydia!!! Bumped into Nydia in the gym and she ran 3 miles today!!! KEEP IT UP GIRL!!!
