Awesome -- I upped my run to 4 miles today, and did it in 42:28 (10.62 minute/mile)! I was very worried today as I haven't run since Friday due to the Chinese New Years holiday. I also filled up on LOTS of yummy food -- banquet dinner on Saturday and big dim sum on Sunday... But I probably ate somewhat better this weekend since my mom was feeding me. :)
The rest must have did me good, I felt strong for most of the run... I spent quite a while on my stretches and warm-up. I was really worried going in I would be set back actually. Weather was warmer today, so didn't have any trouble breathing the whole time. I stopped frequently in the beginning, but was mostly to restretch a muscle that started feeling tight, or to take some water. I think I'll stick to the four miles if I feel good tomorrow.
